Traditional Cocoa Tea
Traditional Cocoa Tea has been used for decades in the Caribbean as a breakfast drink to promote health and well being.
The Cocoa Tea balls can be grated or cut into pieces and stirred into hot or boiling water or milk and sweetened to taste, to make a beautiful, healthy, chocolate drink that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
One cocoa Tea ball makes about four cups of chocolate drink, more or less to taste.

This delicious chocolate syrup, made from our famous Trinitario cocoa, is perfect for use wherever a burst of chocolate flavour is needed and retains all the health benefits of cocoa as well.

The traditional drink at Christmas time on the islands of Trinidad and Tobago is the ubiquitous 'Ponche à Crème'.
Our chocolate version is even better than the original.
